1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service offered by Dark Oracle LLC (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Nature of Services
Dark Oracle LLC provides digital downloads, oracle and tarot readings (delivered via PDF and/or video), love coaching/guidance, and metaphysical coaching programs or memberships intended for personal and spiritual development.
All services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are provided for personal insight and guidance only.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
No outcomes, results, or specific experiences are guaranteed. Results will vary based on individual circumstances, mindset, and personal path.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All services and content are provided for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.
By engaging with Dark Oracle LLC, you acknowledge that:
- You are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion
- You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Oracle LLC, Tori Shadows, and Victoria Islas are not liable for:
- Any decisions made based on a reading or service
- Emotional, relational, financial, or personal outcomes
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of services
4. Client Responsibility & Eligibility
By purchasing any product or service, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood the full product or service description prior to purchase
- You are making an informed decision using your own discernment
- You accept full responsibility for your participation and results
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, or have written parental or guardian consent.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the nature of digital products and intuitive services, refunds are not provided for:
- Digital downloads
- Tarot or oracle readings
- Coaching, guidance, or mentorship services
- Spells or energetic work
Refunds or credits may only be considered if a service cannot be fulfilled due to an error or unforeseen circumstance on the provider’s end.
6. Delivery Policy (Personal Readings)
All personal readings require 4–7 business days for delivery.
After purchase, you may receive access to reserve a delivery date based on availability.
Important:
- This is not a live appointment
- The selected time does not guarantee exact delivery time
- Readings are delivered via email (PDF and/or video)
If you do not reserve a delivery date when provided:
- Your order will default to standard delivery within 7 business days
7. Emergency Pass (Next Day Delivery Service)
The Emergency Pass moves your reading to priority status and is delivered next day before midnight after all required information is received.
The Next Day window begins only after:
- Intake form is fully submitted
- No clarification is needed
Delays caused by the client (including missing intake forms) will delay delivery.
If Dark Oracle is unable to meet the next day delivery window:
- The Emergency Pass and reading may be refunded or rescheduled at my discretion
This service provides priority handling, not instant delivery.
8. Intake Requirement
An intake form is required before any reading or service can begin.
If the intake form is not submitted within a reasonable timeframe:
- The order may be delayed, canceled, or forfeited without refund
9. Reading Completion & Communication Policy
All readings are considered complete once delivered via email.
Unless explicitly stated:
- No follow-up questions
- No clarifications
- No continued discussion
Additional support is only available if purchased through:
- Clarity Extension
- Mentorship or coaching services
If further guidance is desired, a new service must be purchased.
Repeated or excessive messaging after delivery may result in refusal of future service.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Dark Oracle LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment
- Hostility
- Abuse
- Fraud or chargeback abuse
If such behavior occurs, Dark Oracle LLC reserves the right to:
- Terminate communication immediately
- Revoke access to services without refund
- Refuse future service permanently
- Block access across platforms
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of content is strictly prohibited.
11. Fraud, Impersonation & Third-Party Protection
iamdarkoracle.com is the only official platform for services.
Dark Oracle will never:
- Request payment through DMs
- Sell services outside the official website
You are responsible for verifying authenticity.
Dark Oracle is not liable for:
- Payments sent to impersonators
- Third-party scams
- Unauthorized purchases outside the official website
12. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential unless required by law.
Dark Oracle is not responsible for any third-party breaches or unauthorized access that occurs after delivery.
13. Subliminal, Light Codes, Spells & Meditation Disclaimer
All subliminal audios, meditation recordings, light codes, spells, and any energetic or metaphysical content are intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-reflection only.
These offerings are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial treatments and are not a substitute for professional care or advice.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual factors, including mindset, consistency, personal circumstances, and spiritual alignment. These services do not influence, control, or override another person’s free will.

Digital services and products are currently not taxed under Arizona law.
Customers outside Arizona may be subject to local tax regulations.
Any applicable taxes will be automatically applied at checkout if required.
16. Changes to Terms
Dark Oracle LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
