1. Nature of Services

Dark Oracle offers digital downloads, oracle readings (PDF and/or video), and metaphysical coaching programs for personal and spiritual growth.
These services are spiritual in nature and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
No outcomes are guaranteed, as results vary based on the individual’s energy, mindset, and spiritual path.

2. Client Responsibility & Discernment

By purchasing or booking any service or product, you confirm that you have read and understood the product or service description on the checkout and product page.
It is your responsibility to make an informed decision and use discernment before completing your purchase.

By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that you have read the details of what you are purchasing, accepted these Terms & Conditions, and consented to the nature of the work provided.

You are solely responsible for your actions, energy, and results before, during, and after engaging with Dark Oracle products or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or have written parental/guardian consent.

3. Right to Refuse Service

Dark Oracle maintains a zero-tolerance policy for hostility, harassment, or abusive communication toward its owner or brand.
If a customer displays aggressive, disrespectful, or threatening behavior in any form (including email, social media, or other contact), Dark Oracle reserves the right to:

Immediately terminate communication,
Revoke access to digital products or readings,
Refuse future service, and
Block or restrict access from the website or social media platforms.

This right is exercised to maintain a safe and respectful environment for both clients and the business.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Dark Oracle does not offer refunds for digital downloads, spells, oracle readings, or coaching sessions once they have been purchased or delivered.

Refunds may only be considered if the service cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances on the provider’s end. In that case, you may receive a reschedule or a credit toward another service.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared through sessions, readings, or communication is kept confidential, except when disclosure is required by law.

7. Liability Disclaimer

By engaging with Dark Oracle products or services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.
Dark Oracle and Victoria Islas are not responsible for any actions, interpretations, or outcomes following a reading, spell, or program.
These services are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only and do not guarantee results.

8. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you:

Confirm that you have reviewed the product description and Terms & Conditions,
Accept full responsibility for your participation and results,
Agree that all purchases are final,
And acknowledge that any hostile or abusive behavior will result in revoked access and refusal of future service.

9. Tax Policy

Digital Services and Downloads
All of my oracle readings and digital products are delivered online. Because these are custom digital services and digital goods, they are not taxable in the state of Arizona. Arizona does not apply sales tax to digital products or digital services.

Sales Outside of Arizona
If you live outside of Arizona, your state or country may have its own tax rules for digital products. At this time, my business does not meet the thresholds that require collecting tax in other locations. If this changes, my website will update automatically and you will see any required tax added at checkout.

No Hidden Fees
The price you see on each product page is the final price. No additional sales tax is currently charged on any service or digital item.

Future Updates
If my business ever reaches the level where another state or country requires digital tax collection, the checkout system will handle it and this policy will be updated.

10. Emergency Pass, 24-Hour Reading Policy

When a customer purchases the Emergency Pass, their reading is moved to the front of the queue and delivered within 24 hours. This 24 hour window begins only after the required intake form has been submitted. If the intake form is not completed at the time of purchase, the reading will not begin, and the 24 hour window does not apply until the form is received.

If the customer delays in submitting the intake form, they accept responsibility for any delay in delivery. The reading will be completed within 24 hours from the moment the form is submitted. There are no refunds if the customer fails to return the intake form in a timely manner.

If I am unable to deliver the reading within the 24 hour window after receiving the intake form, the Emergency Pass fee will be refunded. The refund applies to the Emergency Pass only, not the reading itself.

This service provides priority handling within 24 hours, not instant delivery. In rare cases where an unexpected issue arises, the customer will be notified. I also reserve the right to decline service in cases of hostile or inappropriate behavior, in which situation a refund for the Emergency Pass may be issued at my discretion.

11. Fraud, Impersonation, and Third-Party Scam Protection

You understand and agree that iamdarkoracle.com is the only authorized platform where my oracle readings, energy healing services, and digital products are sold. I do not offer services through social media messages, DMs, or any third-party websites or individuals.

I will never contact you privately to request payment, solicit readings, or send payment links outside of my official website.

If you send money, personal details, or communicate with anyone impersonating me, you do so at your own risk. I am not responsible for:

• Payments sent to scammers or impersonators
• Services purchased outside of iamdarkoracle.com
• Losses or damages caused by fraudulent activity
• Disputes involving accounts or profiles that are not officially mine (my only account is @iamdarkoracle)

To receive a reading or service from me, you must provide a valid receipt and order number from iamdarkoracle.com. Orders without official proof of purchase will not be honored.

It is your responsibility to verify that you are interacting with my official website or communication channels. I am not liable for any outcomes caused by your engagement with fraudulent accounts, fake websites, or individuals misrepresenting themselves as me.
