How will my personal reading be delivered? Personal readings are delivered over email along with a PDF. Make sure you add my email to your contact list to avoid not receiving my emails (tori@iamdarkoracle.com).
How long will you take to deliver my personal reading? All personal readings take 7 business days (Monday-Friday). This excludes weekends and holidays. Please make sure to put that into account before messaging me for an update. The only way to bypass the 7 business day delivery timeframe is by getting an emergency pass (24-hour reading).
I want a refund, how do I go about that? Refunds are not available for personal readings. Please be sure you’re fully confident in your decision before placing an order. If you have questions about a reading beforehand, I’m always happy to help clarify.

Can I add the 24 hour pass after booking with you? No. The emergency pass can only be applied during the intial checkout process and cannot be applied later.
