1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service offered by Dark Oracle LLC (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Nature of Services
Dark Oracle LLC provides digital downloads, oracle and tarot readings (delivered via PDF and/or video), love coaching/guidance, and metaphysical coaching programs or memberships intended for personal and spiritual development.
All services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are provided for personal insight and guidance only.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
No outcomes, results, or specific experiences are guaranteed. Results will vary based on individual circumstances, mindset, and personal path.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All services and content are provided for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.
By engaging with Dark Oracle LLC, you acknowledge that:
- You are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion
- You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Oracle LLC, Tori Shadows, and Victoria Islas are not liable for:
- Any decisions made based on a reading or service
- Emotional, relational, financial, or personal outcomes
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of services
4. Client Responsibility & Eligibility
By purchasing any product or service, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood the full product or service description prior to purchase
- You are making an informed decision using your own discernment
- You accept full responsibility for your participation and results
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, or have written parental or guardian consent.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the nature of digital products and intuitive services, refunds are not provided for:
- Digital downloads
- Tarot or oracle readings
- Coaching, guidance, or mentorship services
- Spells or energetic work
Refunds or credits may only be considered if a service cannot be fulfilled due to an error or unforeseen circumstance on the provider’s end.
6. Delivery Policy (Personal Readings)
All personal readings require 4–7 business days for delivery.
After purchase, you may receive access to reserve a delivery date based on availability.
Important:
- This is not a live appointment
- The selected time does not guarantee exact delivery time
- Readings are delivered via email (PDF and/or video)
If you do not reserve a delivery date when provided:
- Your order will default to standard delivery within 7 business days
7. Emergency Pass (Next Day Delivery Service)
The Emergency Pass moves your reading to priority status and is delivered next day before midnight after all required information is received.
The Next Day window begins only after:
- Intake form is fully submitted
- No clarification is needed
Delays caused by the client (including missing intake forms) will delay delivery.
If Dark Oracle is unable to meet the next day delivery window:
- The Emergency Pass and reading may be refunded or rescheduled at my discretion
This service provides priority handling, not instant delivery.
8. Intake Requirement
An intake form is required before any reading or service can begin.
If the intake form is not submitted within a reasonable timeframe:
- The order may be delayed, canceled, or forfeited without refund
9. Reading Completion & Communication Policy
All readings are considered complete once delivered via email.
Unless explicitly stated:
- No follow-up questions
- No clarifications
- No continued discussion
Additional support is only available if purchased through:
- Clarity Extension
- Mentorship or coaching services
If further guidance is desired, a new service must be purchased.
Repeated or excessive messaging after delivery may result in refusal of future service.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Dark Oracle LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment
- Hostility
- Abuse
- Fraud or chargeback abuse
If such behavior occurs, Dark Oracle LLC reserves the right to:
- Terminate communication immediately
- Revoke access to services without refund
- Refuse future service permanently
- Block access across platforms
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of content is strictly prohibited.
11. Fraud, Impersonation & Third-Party Protection
iamdarkoracle.com is the only official platform for services.
Dark Oracle will never:
- Request payment through DMs
- Sell services outside the official website
You are responsible for verifying authenticity.
Dark Oracle is not liable for:
- Payments sent to impersonators
- Third-party scams
- Unauthorized purchases outside the official website
12. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential unless required by law.
Dark Oracle is not responsible for any third-party breaches or unauthorized access that occurs after delivery.
13. Subliminal, Light Codes, Spells & Meditation Disclaimer
All subliminal audios, meditation recordings, light codes, spells, and any energetic or metaphysical content are intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-reflection only.
These offerings are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial treatments and are not a substitute for professional care or advice.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual factors, including mindset, consistency, personal circumstances, and spiritual alignment. These services do not influence, control, or override another person’s free will.
By purchasing or using these offerings, you agree to do so at your own discretion and accept full responsibility for your mental, emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Oracle, Tori Shadows, and Victoria Islas are not liable for any outcomes, experiences, actions, or decisions resulting from the use or misuse of these services.
If you experience discomfort or distress at any time, you agree to discontinue use and seek appropriate professional support.
14. Quiz & Email Consent Disclaimer
By participating in any quiz on iamdarkoracle.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Quiz results are generated for informational and entertainment purposes only
- Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as factual or professional advice
By submitting your name and email:
- You consent to being added to the Dark Oracle email list
- You agree to receive marketing, promotional, and informational emails
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.

Dark Oracle LLC reserves the right to remove any subscriber from the email list at any time, without notice, for behavior deemed inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise misaligned, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or disrespectful communication.
15. Tax Policy
Digital services and products are currently not taxed under Arizona law.
Customers outside Arizona may be subject to local tax regulations.
Any applicable taxes will be automatically applied at checkout if required.
16. Changes to Terms
Dark Oracle LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
17. ENERGY HEALING SERVICES
Nature of Services
Energy healing services provided by Tori and Dark Oracle are spiritual and complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, emotional well-being, and personal spiritual practices. Sessions may include Reiki, Egyptian energy healing, quantum energy healing, and other intuitive energy healing modalities as determined by the practitioner during the session.
Energy healing is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or any other licensed healthcare service. Energy healing services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Clients should seek appropriate care from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concerns.
Distance Energy Healing
All energy healing sessions offered through Dark Oracle are performed remotely. There is no in-person appointment, video call, telephone call, or online meeting required unless otherwise specifically stated.
The client selects a date and time for their session. At the scheduled time, Tori will perform the distance energy healing session on the client's behalf. The client does not need to be in any particular location, position, or state of mind during the session. Clients may continue with their normal activities or, if preferred, create a quiet space to rest, meditate, or relax during the scheduled session.
Clients are encouraged to review the Energy Healing Client Guide provided with their order for additional information about their session and suggested before and after-session practices.
Voluntary Participation and Consent
By purchasing and booking an energy healing service, the client voluntarily consents to receiving distance energy healing from Tori and Dark Oracle.
The client acknowledges that experiences with energy healing vary from person to person and that no particular experience, benefit, outcome, improvement, or result is promised or guaranteed.
The client accepts responsibility for their decision to participate in energy healing services and for determining whether these services are appropriate for their personal needs.
Energy Healing Reports and Intuitive Observations
When included with the purchased service, clients will receive a personalized Energy Healing Report following their session.
Any information provided within an Energy Healing Report, including observations regarding chakras, energy, emotional themes, intuitive impressions, symbols, or other energetic experiences, reflects the practitioner's spiritual and intuitive perspective during the session.
These observations are spiritual in nature and should not be interpreted as medical findings, diagnoses, psychological assessments, or professional healthcare advice.
Client Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
The client voluntarily assumes responsibility for their participation in energy healing services and their personal experience following the session.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tori and Dark Oracle shall not be held responsible or liable for decisions made by the client based upon an energy healing session or Energy Healing Report, or for the client's individual interpretation of or response to the services provided.
Energy healing should not be relied upon as a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
No Guaranteed Results
Tori and Dark Oracle make no guarantees regarding the results or effectiveness of any energy healing service. Each client's experience is individual, and a client may experience relaxation, emotional reflection, energetic sensations, or no noticeable sensations at all.
The absence of a particular feeling, sensation, or perceived result does not constitute failure to deliver the purchased service when the energy healing session has been performed as described.
Refund Policy for Energy Healing Services
All completed and delivered energy healing services are final and non-refundable. Once an energy healing session has been performed on the client's behalf, no refund will be issued based on the client's personal experience, perceived results, lack of sensations, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of the session.
If an Energy Healing Report is included with the purchased service, delivery of the report may occur after the energy healing session itself has been completed. The timing of the report does not change the completed status of the energy healing service.
This no-refund policy applies to completed and delivered energy healing services, subject to any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or booking an energy healing service through Dark Oracle, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Energy Healing Terms, including the nature of the service, voluntary participation, limitations of energy healing, no-guarantee policy, and refund policy.
18. REPEAT PERSONAL READINGS & SAME SP POLICY
To maintain the integrity of my readings and encourage a healthy relationship with spiritual guidance, Dark Oracle does not permit clients to purchase multiple personal readings regarding the same Specific Person (SP), love connection, or substantially similar situation within the same reading period.
This includes purchasing multiple premium readings, multiple pop-up readings, or a combination of a pop-up reading and premium reading regarding the same SP or connection within a short period of time.
Repeatedly seeking readings on the same person or situation may create confusion, emotional dependency, or an unhealthy reliance on spiritual guidance. My readings are intended to provide clarity and support, not to encourage repeated checking of another person's feelings, energy, or intentions.
If you have already purchased a reading regarding a particular SP or love connection, please allow time for the reading to be delivered, received, and processed before purchasing another reading about the same situation.
Dark Oracle reserves the right to cancel and refund duplicate or repetitive reading orders at my discretion. If multiple readings are purchased regarding the same SP, connection, or substantially similar question or situation, I may choose which order to fulfill and cancel the additional order(s).
Purchasing different reading types does not override this policy. For example, purchasing a pop-up reading and a premium reading for the same SP within the same period is still considered a repeat reading and may result in one of the orders being canceled.
If I believe that continued or repetitive readings are no longer supportive of a client's emotional well-being or are creating an unhealthy reliance on my services, I reserve the right to decline future readings regarding that person or situation.
By purchasing a personal reading from Dark Oracle, you acknowledge and agree that duplicate or repetitive readings regarding the same SP, love connection, or substantially similar situation may be canceled and refunded at the discretion of Dark Oracle.
Privacy Policy
Dark Oracle LLC respects your privacy and protects all personal information shared through this website.

Purpose of Collection:
