Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, reading, or program with me (Victoria (Tori) Islas / Dark Oracle), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services

  • Oracle readings, Reiki energy healing, and metaphysical coaching/programs are spiritual and personal growth practices.

  • These services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not replace professional treatment or guidance from licensed providers.

  • I make no guarantees of specific outcomes, as each individual’s experience is unique.

2. Client Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after sessions.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that you are open to exploring spiritual, energetic, and intuitive practices.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book any service or have written parental/guardian consent.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the provided booking system.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of your session without refund.

4. Packages & Programs

  • If you purchase a package of sessions, they must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

  • Unused sessions beyond the validity period are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. I do not offer refunds once a session, reading, or program has been booked or delivered.

  • If I am unable to deliver your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward another service.

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, unless required by law.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • By booking a service, you agree to release me, Victoria (Tori) Islas / Dark Oracle, from any liability related to your session, experience, or outcomes.

  • You understand that these are spiritual services and that your participation is voluntary.

8. Agreement

By booking and paying for a session, reading, or program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
