Do you have live readings? No, at this moment all my readings are pre-recorded and I require an intake form for me to read you clearly. Please sign up for my email list to get an alert when I do open live readings!
How will my personal reading be delivered? Personal readings are delivered over email with a pre-recorded video and in-depth written pdf. Make sure you add my email to your contact list to avoid not receiving my emails (support@iamdarkoracle.com).
How long will you take to deliver me personal reading?
All personal readings are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery date you reserve after checkout. Based on availability, your reading may arrive as early as 4 business days or up to 7 business days. If you do not reserve a date, your reading will be delivered in 7 business days. Excludes weekends!
Can you provide a faster reading for me? Yes! Please add the emergency pass during checkout. This will get you a reading next day. These sell out fast and I only have a few spots available and it does incur an extra fee.
I want a refund, how do I go about that? Refunds are not available for personal readings. Please be sure you’re fully confident in your decision before placing an order. If you have questions about a reading beforehand, I’m always happy to help clarify.
I ordered a reading but haven't recieved it, its been over 7 business days. Please check your spam or promotions folder first. Also please make sure you are NOT counting weekends (I do not work on weekends). If you still don’t see your reading, feel free to email me with your order number and I’ll resend it. I don’t miss readings and I’m confident it was sent. Adding my email to your contact list can help prevent delivery issues going forward.
What is a wait list? Why should I sign up?

Are readings and videos private?
Yes. All readings and videos are created exclusively for you and are never posted publicly or shared on social media. Each video is private and intended for your eyes only. Once the reading has been delivered, responsibility for privacy on your end rests with you. I am not responsible for any unauthorized access, sharing, or issues that may occur after delivery.
Can I ask follow up questions after my reading is delivered?
No. Each reading is a single-session service and is considered complete once delivered. Follow-up questions, clarifications, or continued discussion are not included. If you would like additional clarity after your reading, you can add the “Clarity Extension” at checkout.
