Frequently Asked Questions
How will my personal reading be delivered? Personal readings are delivered over email along with a PDF. Make sure you add my email to your contact list to avoid not receiving my emails (tori@iamdarkoracle.com).
How long will you take to deliver me personal reading? All personal readings take 7 business days (Monday-Friday). This excludes weekends and holidays. Please make sure to put that into account before messaging me for an update. The only way to bypass the 7 business day delivery timeframe is by getting an emergency pass (24-hour reading).
I want a refund, how do I go about that? Refunds are not available for personal readings. Please be sure you’re fully confident in your decision before placing an order. If you have questions about a reading beforehand, I’m always happy to help clarify.
I ordered a reading but haven't recieved it, its been over 7 business days. Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see your reading, feel free to email me with your order number and I’ll resend it. I don’t miss readings and I’m confident it was sent. Adding my email to your contact list can help prevent delivery issues going forward.

Are readings and videos private?
Yes. All readings and videos are created exclusively for you and are never posted publicly or shared on social media. Each video is private and intended for your eyes only. Once the reading has been delivered, responsibility for privacy on your end rests with you. I am not responsible for any unauthorized access, sharing, or issues that may occur after delivery.
